Dorset Specialist Autism Clinic is a multi-disciplinary approach to working with children and families where there is Neurodiversity such as Autism or ADHD.

 

All our assessments are considered to be ‘gold standard’ in accordance with NICE guidelines.

Our clinic is unique in that it guides parents and their child through the process of assessment and diagnosis and offers a comprehensive support package should a diagnosis be given.

Alongside assessments we also offer specialised services working with a range of conditions such as:  Dyspraxia, developmental delay, learning difficulties, attachment difficulties and Mental Health difficulties such as anxiety, self-harm and depression amongst others.

We are a highly experienced independent professionals from different disciplines such as family therapy, occupational therapy and clinical psychology.

  

All our practitioners hold current registration within their specific fields of expertise and adhere to the ethics and codes of conduct for membership to either BPS, UKCP, FMA and HCPC ect. and have extensive experiences both within and outside of the NHS.
